Every place the league knows
Four tiers, one at a time: the continents, the countries in them, the tier each country calls its own — a state, a région, a canton — and the cities inside that. Pick a level, narrow it down, and edit any line.
A country’s tier name is the word its athletes, its commissioners and its ranking all see. Leave it blank to keep the league default.
